RECVR offers wellness services, including recovery-focused fitness and therapeutic treatments, at our studio located in Miami, Florida. All services are subject to availability and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion without notice.
To book services or access certain features of our offerings, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments: All payments for services, packages, and memberships must be made through our secure online system. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy: Service cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a reserved session without prior cancellation will result in a $25 no-show fee.
Some memberships may automatically renew. By purchasing such memberships, you authorize RECVR to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. To cancel auto-renewal, you must notify us in writing at least 10 days before your renewal date.
Recovery and wellness services may involve physical interaction or exertion. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of engaging in such services. Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness or fitness regimen.
To ensure a positive environment for everyone, clients are expected to:
Arrive on time
Wear appropriate attire (grip socks or other gear as required)
Avoid using mobile devices during service time
Treat staff and fellow clients with courtesy and respect
All content on the RECVR website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RECVR and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
RECVR is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to injuries sustained during sessions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
