An IV Therapy session lasts for about 20 to 60 minutes depending on the type of IV drip, and an average of 500 to 1000 milliliters (mL) of fluids are injected in each session. During this procedure, you can read, relax, and enjoy the drip!

IV Therapy is administered by a licensed medical professional who will insert a sterile plastic catheter into your vein with a needle. The needle will be taken out, and the catheter gets connected to a tube that is inserted into the IV fluid package of choice, and is slowly infused into your bloodstream through the plastic catheter inserted into your vein, and passing the gastrointestinal system. This means the fluids and vitamins of choice will be 90-100% absorbed in the blood stream!
